| Britton G. White (Partner) |
 Britton G. White is a graduate of Emmanuel College (B.S., Pre-Professional Studies, magna cum laude) and the University of Georgia School of Law. After graduating from law school, he served as judicial clerk for the Superior Court Judges of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit in Winder, Georgia. Mr. White is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and Savannah Bar Association. Mr. White is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia and Court of Appeals of Georgia.
Mr. White is the author of "Student Rights: From In Loco Parentis to Sine Parentibus and Back Again? Understanding the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act in Higher Education, Brigham Young University Education and Law Journal, Volume 2007, Number 2, and co-authored "The Current Status of Apportionment in Georgia", Georgia Defense Lawyers Association Journal (2012).
Mr. White practices primarily in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation. He has a practice history in the areas of real estate law, wills, estates, local government law and education law.
